Shortly after I met my friend Sasha, he proposed that we make an episode of the podcast together featuring Russian songs. To do this, he sent me a list of song suggestions. This was one of the songs. Not only do I really like the group and the lead singer's solo work, but they, like DDT, are tied to my memories of meeting Sasha. Also, amusingly, it is still pretty hard for me to say either the name of the group or the lead singer in Russian. Favorite lines: "The living cry. The dead sleep without tears."
