Любэ (Lu-bey) is well known for singing patriotic-ish songs. It may be propaganda, but it is also good music. I have to admit that for me it is somewhere between amusing and interesting, since I would have been the enemy during the time when the group was most popular. This song is about soldiers. It's pretty clear from the video. It reminds me of the colonial marines from Aliens. Kind of. I like to listen to it when I'm writing grim scenes for my Mass Effect fanfic.
