I remember that I bought "Disintegration" in 1989 just in advance of a tour they were doing with Depeche Mode and the Jesus and Mary Chain. I used to ride my mom's orange bike along the road by the ocean, listening to the album over and over, trying to learn the songs so that I'd appreciate them at the concert. I know I went to the concert with Clif, but I have no idea what I thought of it.
